Working out is all about enjoyment and a feeling of accomplishment - that is a philosophy that Aiste tries to bring across to her clients. She aims to educate and help everyone who is willing to bring health and fitness to the top of their priority list. As a former track & field athlete Aiste knows what it takes to be your best. If you struggle to get fit, to lose 10 last pounds, to jump higher or run faster, she will be glad to push you through the hard time and help to stay you on top.
