Achieving excellent health and fitness is a balance of science and art. Science tells us much about optimal training, but without the art of motivation, fun and fulfillment true success cannot be achieved.
My approach to training is based on my years as a national level track & field athlete in Eastern Europe and my continuing education in the latest training methodologies; however my focus is on you, your goals and finding ways to achieve them with a smile on your face.
My clients range in age from 7 to 70, and are at all levels of fitness. Whether you are looking to start a health and exercise program, train for an upcoming competition, or simply looking for ways to increase your mobility, flexibility, strength and energy while juggling a busy life, I offer fun and effective strategies.
