Angie Inglis | Personal Yoga Instructor (Vancouver)


Angie Inglis YWCA Health + Fitness Personal TrainerLife can be a profound act of devotion, but before we can serve others, we must first nourish ourselves. It was this realization that attracted Angie to yoga and ayurveda and it is the foundation of her commitment to a life of learning and living well. A student of yoga and alternative therapies for more than 15 years, Angie has studied yoga and ayurveda in both India and North America.

As a yoga instructor, Angie creates an environment that fosters self-inquiry and self-discovery, assisting students in recognizing their unique strengths and challenges. With clear, detailed, step-bystep instruction, Angie will help you see and understand your body in a new light, using yoga as an essential tool for maintaining mind-body balance.

Angie teaches Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal yoga at studios, community centres and other locations in Vancouver. She shares her passion for ayurveda with others through group workshops and one-on-one consultations.
