Indoor Boot Camp
A conditioning circuit class designed for the aspiring athlete in all of us. This class combines sport specific drills, interval training and strength stations.

Indoor Cycling
Maximize YOUR potential while replicating cycling in a "pack". Bikes feature individual access to the Centre's sound system, please bring your own headset to hear music and instructor (headsets also available for purchase at Member Services).

YogaFlow
Improve your flexibility, balance, focus and energy with a traditional sequence of Hatha Yoga poses. Reduce tension, gain inner strength, stamina and improve your body's range of motion. (Beginners welcome)
