Co-ed Health + Fitness Club Facilities


Looking for a friendly and supportive, health-focused environment downtown? You will find it at the co-ed Health + Fitness Centre. Our 30,000 square foot fitness and aquatic facility is a unique centre dedicated to your well-being. Full of natural light and open spaces with great classes, instructors and people. Find your balance and fun at the Health + Fitness Centre.

Whether looking for an individual or group workout, the Health + Fitness Centre is the best facility in the downtown area. Centrally located close to Burrard Street Skytrain, Stanley Park, and the Seawall, the Health + Fitness Centre is also the ideal place to begin and end your run or walk.

Our facilities include:

  • 6 lane, 25-metre ozone-purified swimming pool
  • Steam room and ozone-purified whirlpool
  • 2 exercise studios with wood-sprung floors
  • 3 fully equipped weight rooms
  • Women only fitness and weights area
  • Cardio room with 30+ pieces of equipment
  • Indoor cycling studio
  • Sanctuary room
