CHALLENGE RESULTS
Team Relaxation has won the challenge with the highest average number of workouts per person of 7.9.  They finished the challenge with 30 members and 237 workouts!

A very special luncheon will be organized for the team on Wednesday, December 10 from 12:00 - 1:30pm.  Attendants will be entered in to the draw for a one year membership with towel service (valued at $852).  If you are part of the team and would like to RSVP to the event, please call 604 895 5760.

Not in Team Relaxation? There are still plenty of prizes to be won e.g. 'most improved' award within each team, draw prizes for participation...Submit your Achievement Card by December 8 to enter.

Here are the remaining results:
Team Strength - 2nd Place
65 people on the team, 488 workouts, average of 7.51 workouts per person

Team Cardio - 3rd Place
68 people on the team, 495 workouts, average of 7.28 workouts per person

Team Flexibility - 4th Place
40 people on team, 220 workouts, average of 5.5 workouts per person

If you missed the challenge, here's the background information...

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
• Determine your area of weakness. Choose from flexibility, strength, cardio, or relaxation.
• Join the corresponding team by signing up in the lobby and getting your team wristband.
• Wear the wristband for the duration of the challenge to identify your teammates.
• Check off a star after each workout in your area of weakness (each workout must be at least 30 minutes; mark a maximum of one workout per person per day).
• Track your progress with the Achievement Card attached below, and submit it for draw prizes at the end of the challenge.

4 GREAT REASONS TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE:

2: The team with the most number of stars marked off wins a lunch reception and a chance for a free one-year membership at the YWCA Health + Fitness Centre
3: The member with the most improvement in each team wins an iPod Shuffle and lunch at Cactus Club.
