Fitting fitness into your life


One of the biggest hurdles many people face is finding time for exercise. This seminar will help you to explore the benefits of regular exercise and achieve a better understanding of the stages you go through when making fitness changes in your life. Using the five components of fitness you will learn how to create a well-rounded program and develop practical, common sense strategies for fitting fitness into your life. Techniques to add fun and easily monitor your progress will be taught to help you maintain your fitness program.
