Greg Poole | MSc. Kinesiology, CSEP-CEP (Vancouver)


Personal Trainer Greg earned a MSc. in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and is certified as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (C.E.P.) by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Greg had a distinguished 30-year career at Carleton University in Ottawa in the Department of Physical Recreation and Athletics, starting as their Fitness Coordinator and Head Basketball Coach and finishing his career as Associate Director of Athletics. He took early retirement in 2003 and moved to Vancouver.

Greg is a recognized expert in Canada on fitness, strength training and weight management, particularly for mature and older adults and has won both national and provincial awards for his work in fitness and health. Greg's knowledge and relaxed, friendly manner will motivate you to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Greg believes that an individually appropriate exercise program can help you achieve the vitality and functional ability you need to live a full, active life. You may have been inactive for a long time and feel out of shape. It's never too late to start. The benefits can be amazing but getting and remaining fit is not easy. Greg's knowledge, experience and relaxed, friendly manner will help you gradually develop an enjoyable, balanced and effective physical activity program to stay fit for life.

Tuesdays/Fridays 7:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am - 12 noon

Single Rate

Member: $60.00
Non-member: $66.00
