Fun and practical prenatal/postnatal programs in yoga, personal training, and aqua fitness for new and expecting moms.



Drop-in Prenatal Yoga

Practical and creative, these classes provide relief from common pregnancy-related discomforts. Learn classic yoga postures combined wiht gentle abdominal, pelvic and vocal toning techniques. All strengthening and stretching exercises will be modified for your trimester. Suitable for beginner to advanced levels.

Pre & Postnatal Training

Train one-on-one with a personal trainer who specializes in pre & postnatal fitness. Learn safe and effective exercises to perform both during and after pregnancy. Sign-up with Member Services. Please note: A parmed-X for pregnancy, must be signed by your healthcare provider prior to participating in class (available at Member Services or at http://www.csep.ca/).

Small Group PRENATAL Personal Training

Benefits of personal training during pregnancy include improve posture, increase stamina for childbirth, and reduced fatigue as well as lower back discomfort. Training in small group allows for social interaction without sacrificing individualized attention. Group training will save you money and keep you motivated! Four clients per training group maximum. Fit 4 Two Prenatal Aquafit

Exercising in the water is refreshing and rejuvenating! With water supporting your growing uterus, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of 'weightlessness'. Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and baby. Each class includes cardio, strength training, flexibility and labour preparation. It's the perfect way to end the work week.
