Have a clean workout!
With the cold/flu season upon us, we strive to maintain a healthy environment for our members. Please note the following added precautionary measures:
- Current general cleaning protocols include above standard cleaning regimens. Frequency and intensity of daytime cleaning will be increased in all public areas by cleaning staff during pandemic activity
- Members are encourage to wipe down cardio and weight training equipment both before and after use
- Yoga mats are to be wiped down before use (avoid wiping after use unless you have time to let the mat dry before rolling up)
- Fitness Coaches are asked to assist in wiping down equipment and educating members to do the same
- Wipe down equipment before and after use
- Perform frequent hand washing (for at least 20 secs.)
- Use hand sanitizer stations before and after workouts
- Cough or sneeze into elbows, avoid touching eyes/mouth/nose
- Obtain the flu vaccine (available mid-October) as well as the H1N1 vaccine (available mid-November)
- And of course stay home if you have flu-like signs & symptoms
