At the Health + Fitness Centre we provide a multitude of ways for you to increase your knowledge and understanding of what it means to be healthy and well in body, mind and spirit.
The physical parameters of Body Mass Index and Caloric Expenditure can help you increase your awareness of health risks and assist you in managing your optimal body weight.
