Health Resources


The Health Resources section aims to provide you with quality information and guidance to support your exercise program and help you achieve your fitness goals. Knowing your health measures is your first line of defence against preventable diseases. At the Health + Fitness Centre we provide a multitude of ways for you to increase your knowledge and understanding of what it means to be healthy and well in body, mind and spirit.

The physical parameters of Body Mass Index, Caloric Expenditure and Target Heart Rate can help you increase your awareness of health risks and assist you in managing your optimal body weight. For well-being of mind and spirit, we provide a wide variety of mind/body disciplines such as Yoga and Meditation. Check out our Classes and Programs to see what's available.
