Healthy Habits for Healthy Lifestyles
In partnership with UBC, the YWCA Metro Vancouver is offering a community fitness program for those with a BMI of 35 or over, and have substantial amount of weight to lose. If you know someone who falls in this category, who is ready to adopt a life long plan of better eating and exercise, please forward them the information.
This 12 week program targets individuals needing help with motivation, exercise, nutrition, and personal support. Individuals interested must apply by February 24 with this application form. 10 participants will be selected. The program begins March 3 – May 19.
