1. Eating for Healthy Weight Loss
Tired of yo-yo dieting? Feel like you’re doing everything right but cannot lose the weight? Or are you taking medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol? Learn exactly what, when, and how much to eat for health, energy, and weight control. Recommended as a pre-requisite to Craving Change.

2. Ready, Set, Go! A Balanced Weight Program
An 8 week educational program with physical activities to help you understand the components of fitness, exercise as medicine, body image, self-esteem, and disease prevention. Ideally taken with Eating for Healthy Weight Loss and Craving Change.

3. Craving Change
“I know what to eat but just can’t seem to do it”, “I’m an emotional eater”, “I want more control over my eating.” Sound familiar? Find out why you eat the way you do, why it’s hard to change and what you can do about it. Workbook included. Suggested pre-requisite Eating for Healthy Weight Loss. This program is not for anyone diagnosed with eating disorder.
