Josh Clark Personal TrainerI became interested in fitness training and wellness as a direct result of a back injury suffered while working construction. It was during the recovery and rehab process that I discovered the importance of balanced core strengthening and stability exercises. Adhering to these principles has enabled my back to heal completely. I am enjoying my newfound core strength as well as my improved posture and balance. I am dedicated to assisting my clients to achieve strong, balanced bodies leading to more enjoyable and healthy lifestyles. 

Philosophy
Fun, challenging exercise performed while achieving your goals also provides mental, emotional, social and spiritual therapy. Regular exercise reduces your daily level of stress, makes you stronger, healthier and ultimately happier.
