I became interested in fitness training and wellness as a direct result of a back injury suffered while working construction. It was during the recovery and rehab process that I discovered the importance of balanced core strengthening and stability exercises. Adhering to these principles has enabled my back to heal completely. I am enjoying my newfound core strength as well as my improved posture and balance. I am dedicated to assisting my clients to achieve strong, balanced bodies leading to more enjoyable and healthy lifestyles.
