Welcome to Member's Corner. As a Health + Fitness member, this is the information source to energize your membership. New members should check out the StartFit program to ensure that you get the most out of your membership. Keep an eye on our Member Clinics, which offer everything from Practical Meditation to advice on Nutrition, and get to know our membership by reading through the Member Success Profiles. You might share in their fitness experience at the Health + Fitness Centre.

Make sure you take advantage of the free Fitness Coaching sessions and group Orientations, and don't forget to visit our Health Resources section for advice on calculating Body Mass Index, Target Heart Rate and Caloric Expenditure.

And keep up with the latest info in our E-newsletter, which comes out every month and provides up to the minute class info and health tips.

Members can also take advantage of Friendly Friday where you can bring a friend for free on the last Friday of each month. Photo ID is required for your friend.
