Maksim Kepskiy | Experienced Personal Trainer (Vancouver)


Maksim’s passion for sport stemmed from being raises with family of athletes.  He started his sport career
as a rower when he was 12 years old and to this day Maksim is still training, competing and coaching Junior
teams. Experience as a full time athlete helped him in his role  at Military School and in the Ukrainian Army where he was responsible for  his regiment’s physical preparation and conditioning.

Maksim has worked in the United States of America as a personal trainer focused on areas of his specialization in sport performance and helping people to achieve their goals. After moving to Canada Maksim became a BCRPA personal trainer and continued  improving his knowledge and skills. Maksim is also a co-instructor for police training at Code5fitness.

National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine, Olympic and Professional Sports specialty
Currently doing Master’s in Human Kinetics at UBC
