Melanie Osmack | Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist (Vancouver)


Melanie Osmack, MA, is a BCRPA registered personal trainer and fitness (land and water) instructor. She believes in empowering her clients through education, motivation, goal setting and personalized programming.  Melanie sees each client as a unique individual with unique circumstances.  She helps her clients to find wellness solutions that are as unique as they are.  In fact, Melanie recently put together a roller derby training program for one of her long term clients.

As a CanFitPro Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and the Founder of Fit 4 Two, Melanie is considered an expert in the area of exercise for pregnant women and new mothers.  She presents at national fitness conferences and is a regular contributor for blush mom Magazine.  Locally, she offers fitness (land and water) classes, yoga classes and personal training for pregnant women and new mothers.

Personal Training Rate:
Member $60 per hour/ Non-member $66 per hour
