Drop in for a refresher on how to use the equipment or for direction on proper form and technique.
Join the group orientation during one of the times scheduled below. A Fitness Coach will be available for guidance. Please wear your exercise gear.
Fall Orientation Schedule
Mondays 12:00 - 1:00pm
Wednesdays 1:00 - 2:00pm
Sundays (1st & 3rd of the month) 11:00 - 12:00pm
