Please note: Prices for services do not include GST. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for a missed appointment. Packages are intended for introductory one-time purchase only. All personalized services packages and gift certificates purchased must be used within one year of purchase date.


Wellness Assessment
How fit are you? This comprehensive Wellness Assessment evaluates your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength & flexibility and lifestyle to identify your fitness level and health risk factors. The Wellness Assessment includes a detailed review of results with your trainer, along with program guidance to get you going in the right fitness direction. Repeat the assessment at a later date to measure fitness progress.

Nutrition Counselling
Maria Thomas, is a Registered Dietitian and owner of Urban Nutrition. Maria provides 1 to 1 Nutrition coaching, in areas such as digestive issues-IBS, blood pressure, allergies, Sport nutrition and healthy eating, and specializes in weight management for women and improving cardiovascular health and cholesterol in men. Maria has been helping clients make healthy lifestyle changes for over 7 years.

Diana Steele,  is a registered dietitian and owner of Eating for Energy, a thriving nutrition consulting company with four locations in the Lower Mainland.   She is also co-author of the cookbook Eating for Energy without Deprivation – The 80-20 Cookbook.

Counselling Procedure: Initially you attend 2 - one hour sessions for a total cost of $220 and $320 for two people (GST exempt), which includes an assessment and consultation.  After which, each half-hour follow-up session is $50 or $100/hour.  Weekly email accountability program is $30/week.  Consultation with Diana Steele personally is $300 per person, $450 for two people, and $50 for each half-hour follow-up.

What to expect with first, second, and follow-up visits:  
First visit: Allow 45 to 60 minutes for this appointment. Information will be collected regarding your current eating habits, your schedule, previous diet attempts, your exercise routine and any special concerns you may have. You will be given forms to record your food intake for 5 days. Following completion of the 5-day record, you will email, fax, mail or drop off the forms. At this point, the second appointment will be scheduled. The second appointment is usually within 7 to 10 days of the first appointment.

Second visit: In this 1 hour session you will prepare a plan of action for improved eating. The plan will be very individualized and designed to fit your schedule, food preferences, etc. It is not a diet or short term strategy, but rather the first step in developing lifelong healthy eating habits.

Followup visits: You are welcome to arrange as many follow up appointments as you would like. Generally our clients like to return within 3 to 4 weeks to evaluate the progress they are making and have their plan reviewed. Some clients then return on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis just to stay motivated. You can design whatever followup program you like. The cost is $50 per half hour session. If the session lasts 1 hour, the cost is $100. If you purchase 5 followup sessions at one time, the cost is $225 or $45 per session. (Ten sessions = $350).

Weight Loss Package: Initial 2 visits, five 1/2 hour follow ups and weekly emails for $450, Couples 6 month package $700

Payment Options: Cash, cheque, VISA or Mastercard. Fees must be paid at first session. No Interact available. Although not covered by the basic medical plan, some of our clients have extended health plans through their employer that do reimburse the costs. Check your policy to see if it covers nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian.




Life Coaching

Rhonda Olsen is a certified Life Coach who believes everyone has the capacity to create the life they dream of - to live life with purpose and passion and to achieve their full potential. Rhonda will work with you to set clear goals and stay action oriented when motivation wanes. You will receive objective, ongoing support and encouragement while being held accountable to your commitments so you can achieve results faster than working alone.

Getting Started Package
New to our facility or getting back into fitness? The Getting Started package is a safe and effective program consisting of five 60 minute sessions with a Personal Trainer and a wellness assessment.

Pre + Postnatal Packages
Train one-to-one with a personal trainer who specializes in pre + postnatal fitness. Learn safe and effective exercises to do during and after pregnancy.

Small Group PRENATAL Personal Training
Benefits of personal training during pregnancy include improve posture, increase stamina for childbirth, and reduced fatigue as well as lower back discomfort.  Training in small group allows for social interaction without sacrificing individualized attention.  Group training will save you money and keep you motivated!
