Pilates Reformer Program
The reformer is the most effective and widely used apparatus to improve the Pilates method. This equipment can help you internalize form and movement. Using springs and various components of the reformer, you can practice Pilates with progressive resistance.
New to the facility is the Pilates Reformer Program! You can train in a class environment with 3 other participants and achieve greater strength, balance and flexibility. Through the various programs offered, you’ll develop the necessary skills, confidence, and repertoire of exercises to take your Pilates practice to the next level.
