Slimmer You


Get real results this season and slim your way down to a new body!

Alesya will take you through a challenging sequence of cardio, muscle conditioning and core training. Using a fun fusion of traditional weights, plyometrics and pilates inspired core work, you’ll transform your body, taking your slimming and toning to the next level!

In the previous session, the group lost a combined weight of 63lbs in 6 weeks! Here's what they had to say about the program & Alesya:

Alesya is by far the best fitness trainer I have worked with.  Initially, she listened to what I had hoped to accomplish within 7 months and put a personalized weekly program together which I’m pleased to say “we” achieved! After 6 months with Alesya, Anne lost 50 lbs with 8" off her waist and 9" off her hips. Her fitness level also increased dramatically. She previously could only do 5 lunges, and today she can do 100 lunges, 100 sit-ups, and 20 push-ups!
