Janine loves to teach, empower and motivate individuals toward better fitness, health and movement. She is a Pilates Teacher and Yoga Instructor, Golf Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal & Group Fitness Trainer. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of B.C., has a sport background in competitive ski racing and has worked with national and Olympic level athletes, as well as seniors, teens and people from all walks of life and exercise/fitness backgrounds.


Janine’s passion for working with clients comes from her honest caring and desire to see people healthy and moving with ease, living a joyful, energized and balanced life. She is committed to empowering and guiding students to be more proactive and in tune with their body’s messages in order to decrease pain, align their spine, strengthen their core, move with greater awareness, and add more grace and potential to their years. Whether training for a marathon, to decrease back pain, recover from pregnancy or play better golf, Janine can help you reach your goals, with core strength, mobile joints, aligned posture, deep breathing, a more balanced body, and happier spine.
