Healthy Living Seminars
Motivate and educate your employees on the value of Health + Fitness with our Healthy Living Seminar program. Encourage your staff to adopt healthier lifestyles and increase their physical and mental well-being. Delivered in a one hour lunch and learn format by Health + Fitness experts, these seminars provide your organization with the opportunity to cultivate a healthier work environment. Seminars are delivered in one of our bright, spacious and well-equipped 4th floor meeting rooms.

Corporate Group Exercise
Corporate Group Exercise classes are scheduled on Tuesdays from 1:15 - 2:00pm. Classes are designed to encourage team spirit and achievement in a supportive environment. Benefits include increased morale, productivity and overall performance and the development of stronger work teams. Choose from three different class types with a qualified motivational instructor.
