The Health + Fitness Centre features a deluxe 1,700 square foot air-conditioned cardio room with floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light and views of downtown. With over 30 pieces of equipment to choose from, there is no excuse for missing your cardio workout.

Cardio equipment includes:

Lifecycle treadmills
Stairmasters
Cybex ARC eliptical trainers
Lifecycle eliptical trainers
Lifecycle upright and recumbent bikes
Concept ll rowing machines

To enhance your workout experience the cardio room is equipped with filtered water, a wide selection of magazines and newspapers, and five television screens providing you with the latest music, news, sports and entertainment.
