Brad is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and NCCP Coach. He specializes in promoting healthy lifestyles through a safe and consistent approach to fitness. Through Weight Loss Works and individual programs for all fitness levels, Brad's knowledge and experience get results for his clients.
Brad’s experience in helping adults reach their fitness goals include running, triathlon and cross country skiing clinics. Brad has the skills and desire to provide the very best services to all of his clients through his continuing commitment to the promotion of safe and effective exercise practices. His volunteer and professional work enables Brad to provide the support and motivation to many individuals and groups.
