personal trainerFor 30+ years, Jody has worked with many types of under-active adults, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Over the last decade she has focused on active older adults (both men and women) and women’s health (menopause, pre and post).

With proven strategies, leading edge research and a supportive coaching style, she is able to assess your current fitness level, moving you forward towards your lifestyle goals.

 


Jody specializes in all aspects of older health and wellness. Starting this February,2013, she will focus on group training in what’s called the Grey Power Hour.
