The New Swimmers Level 1 is an invitation to build confidence and skill as you learn the front crawl and other swimming basics. Overcome the challenges that stop most adults some swimming with ease and confidence. Coach Peter Scott has developed this popular course based on years of experience with new and anxious swimmers.
