Exercising in the water is refreshing and rejuvenating!  With water supporting your growing uterus, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of ‘weightlessness’.  Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and your baby.  Each Class includes cardio, strength training and flexibility.  All Fit 4 Two® Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).  Please note that a completed PARmed-X for Pregnancy form, signed by you and your healthcare provider, is required to register or drop-in for this class.  Copies of this form are available at the front desk.
