Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing and nourishing practice that can help you rediscover calmness and clarity in your mind, and comfort in your body. This slow style of yoga focuses on lengthening and rehabilitating the connective tissues. Suitable for everyone.

  • MEMBER ALERTS

    Open House Sept 7-17. Get a tour & some free workouts (ID req.). Guest visits are entered into a draw for one free month membership. 

    Join us for the Grind on Sept 8. Please meet at 5:45pm at the base of the trail, gate closes at 6pm.

    Pregnant members should complete a PARmed-X form before using the H+F facility.
