Drop-in ClassDesigned by the instructor, this class will tone and elongate all of your muscles while being fully supported by the properties of water. You’ll be challenged with core stabilization, lengthening, strengthening and abdominal tightening. Explore the fluidity and grace of a progressive Vinyassa Yoga session as you focus the mind, empower the body and liberate the spirit.
